If you can hear when someone speaks but I can’t understand what is being said. If you face difficulties in understanding speech in a noisy room or have to ask for repetition frequently or turn up the volume of the TV too high, then you may have a Hearing Loss. You need to visit your ENT and Audiologist. Some tests will be conducted at the clinic which will be able to determine if you have a hearing loss.
A qualified Audiologist ( with a degree and a RCI registration) can prescribe a hearing aid.
I feel dizzy sometimes when I look up to dry the cloths or pick up a jar. What should I do?
A Hearing Aid will amplify the sounds and route it to your ears thus you will be able to hear better.
You need to visit your ENT and Audiologist.

The duration and frequency if the speech therapy depends on the type and severity of the disorder. It varies from person to person. It could take a few weeks or could last a life time.
